Thomas, also known as "Mirella" and "the housewife" tragically killed himself jumping before
the tube in January 1997. He and I formed the infamous "Housewife Choir" together with
"The Countess" and "Missis Green" in December 1992. We went on television that same month.
I conducted these three "queens", me looking like an old gray haired hag, whereas the other three
were the most outrageous divas. No one could hardly sing at all, let alone hit the right note or stick to
the rhythm. But what did it matter, we had a great time!
The death of Thomas triggered me to write this pathetic little story about The Life of a Housewife.
A typical suburban woman with her husband and two kids.
First song written and recorded for the album was "Everybody Loves That Man", the last - "Happy Widow".
This album is dedicated to Thomas Blomqvist 1960-1997.
